The IAA Talent Nursery is an invitation to the local business environment to invest in training the next generation of accountants, planners, marketing executives and media planners & buyers. Specifically, the IAA proposes a Talent Nursery sponsorship package that includes:
- Training of 10 students within the IAA School (Fundamentals Module and Media Module)
- Priority opportunity to recruit from all graduates trained in the sponsored edition (50-60 students / year)
