Flanco launched the "Free 45 days return" service, marking a premiere on the electro-IT store market and becoming the retailer that offers the longest free return period in the country

The service is available for both online and in-store purchases
The return is free and can be made by the customer directly in the store or by pick up by courier, for 45 days
According to a study conducted, the return period is in the top 3 services appreciated by customers
