The pace of HR digitization is on an upward trend, there are voices saying that HR digital disruption is an accomplished fact.
In this context, in an unconventional framework and alongside the most enthusiastic promoters of HR innovation, who understood that change is the only constant in the business of the future, there are discussed topics such as: HR in a constantly changing world of work.
How can we, as HR people, be more relevant and have a greater impact in a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous)?
