The council of the Financial Supervision Authority approved ‘The recruitment and selection policy for occupying positions within the FSA’ at the end of last week.
Among the most important aspects regulated by the new human resources policy, we mention: recruitment and selection methods for occupying open positions, principles for the recruitment and the selection of future employees, general eligibility criteria, as well as conditions that the candidates need to fulfil in order to occupy management positions within the FSA.
