The number of EY employees has reached 554. Around 60% of the new employees will join the Financial Audit Department and the rest of them will be part of the Fiscal and Juridical Assistance Department, the Transaction Assistance Department and the Business Assistance Department.
Over 2,000 students from universities in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara and Oradea applied for jobs this year as part of a complex recruitment campaign which lasted for two months and implied CV pre-selections, video interviews, written evaluations of the candidates and face-to-face interviews with HR specialists and EY managers. The abilities and knowledge which counted the most were numerical, logical, verbal abilities, the English language level, as well as the specialized knowledge and the compatibility degree with the organisational structure.
