“It is the first time we are hiring 100 graduates at once. Basically, on September 1st 2015, we will have to integrate a number of new employees which represent around 17% of our current team. It is a challenge both at a logistic level, but especially regarding the organizational culture,” explains Andreea Mihnea, Human Resources Director, EY Romania.
Over 1,600 students from university centres such as Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara and Oradea applied for a position at EY this spring.
