The idea of a need for a moral basis surfaced during each discussion held with entrepreneurs during the meetings from Cluj and Timisoara, organized by EY Romania with the purpose of identifying the most important measures that would lead to the development of the Romanian entrepreneurship.
Although the debated topics, underpinned by the conclusions of the Romanian Entrepreneurship Barometer, were quite different: taxation, access to financing, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial education and coordinated support associations that are specialized in entrepreneurship, the recurrent idea was the same. There is a need for a moral basis.
