ELKO enters the Nordic market by acquiring Swedish distributor Gandalf

ELKO Romania, member of ELKO Group specialized in distribution of a wide range of equipment and solutions, announces the conclusion by the ELKO Group AS of an agreement for the acquisition of 85% of the Gandalf Distribution AB shares - one of the leading distributors of computers and peripherals in Sweden.

With more than 30 years of experience in the distribution and sales offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, Gandalf has a solid position in the distribution market storage solutions and components in Sweden and the Nordic region.
