ALEF Distribution enters the Romanian market by acquiring Likeit Solution, a distributor of IT systems and equipment

ALEF Group, one of the most important IT & C vendors in Central and South Eastern Europe, with a turnover of over 160 million Euro in 2016, enters the Romanian market by taking over Likeit Solution, the transaction being finalized on 30 June 2017.

"This merger represents an important step in ALEF's development strategy on the European value-added distribution of IT systems and equipment. Romania is one of the countries with the most recent growth in the IT sector, which is one of the reasons why we considered it opportune to enter this market, "said Milan Zinek, CEO of the ALEF Group.
