We see more and more candidates who want to interact directly and immediately with a potential employer, to ask for and receive details about the job, but also to skip the step of creating a CV, which, for many, represents a real obstacle. There are candidates who sometimes give up applying for a job precisely because they don't have a CV and don't even know how to do it", says Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs.ro.
