Digital Revolution in CEE Real Estate Summit draws top panelists

This year's CEEQA@Mipim gathering on 11th March at the Mipim global real estate fair in Cannes will bring together an elite group of CEE, European and EMEA commercial real estate experts and representatives of market leading companies to discuss how advances in digital technology and the internet are changing the way we work, shop and play, and how its growing impact on bricks and mortar real estate in the Emerging European markets.

The event, entitled The Digital Revolution in Real Estate - Impact on Office & BPO, Retail and Logistics Investment, will open with a key note address by Amazon property head Raimund Paetzmann and will present the views and insights of two elite panels of investors, developers, banks and consultants.

 

The event will be followed by the annual CEEQA@Mipim cocktail reception at which the short list for this year’s CEEQA awards and winners of the RealGreen awards for green building will be announced, as well as live entertainment. Last year’s CEEQA@Mipim reception was attended by more than 200 guests.

 

A total of 420 entries were received for this year’s awards, widely regarded as the sector’s main annual business awards organised by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times. The awards are for the best real estate projects, companies and industry professionals across 18 countries in Central Europe and Southeast Europe and are judged by a jury of senior representatives of market leading companies active in the sector.

 

The winners in all award categories will be announced at the CEEQA Gala on 8th April at SOHO Factory in Warsaw. The gala dinner and awards ceremony is attended by 600 business leaders from more than 40 countries including the cream of the CEE and SEE real estate markets.

 

Kim Wilde to perform at CEEQA Gala

 

The entertainment at this year's CEEQA Gala will be spearheaded by legendary entertainer Kim Wilde, who stormed into the charts in the eighties with a string of global hits including Kids In America, You Came, Cambodia and You keep Me Hanging On and has continued to record and perform new material as well as her well known classics. The live show promises to top all previous concerts at the CEEQA Gala including in recent years Bananarama, Edyta Gorniak, Sister Sledge and Boney M.
