In 2019, three years have passed since the largest transaction in the dental services market in Romania, through which the MedLife group obtained a majority stake in the shares of DENT ESTET, the rest of the shares are still owned by the founder, Dr. Oana Taban.
Moreover, this year, DENT ESTET celebrates 20 years of activity in Romania. The analysis of the results of all these years shows an accelerated growth of the business indicators after the transaction compared to the previous rhythm characterized rather by continuity and stability.
Some of the most important developments have been recorded in the number of dental units, number of patients, clinic visits, team size, requests for complex treatments and corporate subscriptions.
