The optional class “Introduction to Financial Audit” is dedicated to students in the second year of the “Probabilities and Statistics in Finance and Science” master, covers areas such as tax risk reduction, IT and valuation of assets and financial instruments and will be facilitated by Zeno Caprariu, Audit Director with Deloitte Romania.
Throughout the second semester, students will be able to attend four workshops organized and taught by Deloitte Romania specialists in areas such as audit, tax, technology and robotics consulting, risk management and valuation, financial advisory and cyber security.
Moreover, the collaboration enables students and graduates of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Bucharest to access internship programs and explore career opportunities with Deloitte Romania.

Zeno Caprariu, Audit Director with Deloitte Romania, who teaches the ”Introduction to Financial Audit” class, is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Bucharest. Throughout his 15-year career with Deloitte Romania, he has coordinated numerous audit and advisory projects for multinational and local companies in industries such as energy, consumer products, manufacturing, real estate or retail. Zeno Caprariu is a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors and of the Chamber of Chartered Certified Accountants of Romania, as well as of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the energy task force of the Foreign Investors Council.
