December - in the top 3 of best online shopping months

December is in the top 3 months when Romanians make the most shopping online. The first place is occupied by November, marked by the Black Friday event, followed by March, the month of the woman.

In total, in the PayU system, there were registered approximately 951,000 online transactions worth over 246 million lei.

"It is simpler, faster and safer to pay online, and this was seen again at the end of the year when Rmanians spent online about 8 million lei a day. This indicates that contextualized promotions and acquisitions define the online buying behavior of Romanians," says Marius Costin, Country Manager, PayU Romania.
