Customer Service Business Safari (CSBS) is a program similar to a mini-MBA that focuses on SME owners, managers, and Romanian specialists who want to implement excellent loyalty and customer service programs.
The CSBS program is a developed version of the Customer Experience Management Seminar where the 2 day seminar is accompanied by a 5-day business tour, so as to give managers the possibility to encounter companies which are great at delivering Customer Service, but also to talk to top managers, Customer Service practitioners, as well as to their peers.
At the end of the tour, there will be a session with conclusions and a diploma award ceremony.
