BNP Paribas Real Estate was appointed strategic consultant for the real estate portfolio of elbfonds in Poland

The Capital Markets Division of BNP Paribas Real Estate was mandated to assist elbfonds in the management strategy of the real estate portfolio, including both the potential sale of assets, as well as support for project financing.

‘elbfonds continues its strategy for the adjustment of its organizational structure to the needs of «closed-end» investment funds’, declared Stephan Groht. ‘We have chosen our partners for certain areas of expertize carefully with the purpose of providing the best services to our clients and potential investors and, at the same time, of supporting the Marcredo brand.’
