Carrefour Romania announces the new management of the Property and Expansion departments

Since entering the local market in 2001, when it opened the first hypermarket in Romania, Carrefour has implemented a multi-format development plan, continuing to open hypermarket, supermarket, express and Supeco stores

  • Mihai Tomescu holds the position of Hypermarket Expansion Director, being responsible for managing the expansion for the hypermarket format;
  • In parallel, Bogdan Jigman joined the team as Director of Property & Expansion for Market, Express, Supeco, as well as Headquarters and Warehouses formats, coordinating Carrefour Romania's real estate portfolio and implementing the expansion strategy for medium and small formats.
