With just over 100,000 applications per month, candidates from the 45+ age segment form the professional category with the lowest level of activity from the point of view of applications and career change intention. As a comparison term, candidates who are between 25 and 35 years old accumulate almost 400,000 applications monthly, those between 18 and 24 years old 350,000 applications, and those between 36 and 45 years old almost 200,000 applications.
