Even though July is traditionally considered the holiday season, employers' recruitment plans have intensified, and candidates have continued to look for new career opportunities. For the open positions, the companies contacted 3 times more candidates in July compared to the previous month, according to BestJobs data, and the employees interested in changing their job sent a total of 400,000 CVs, increasing by 12% compared to the level since June. In addition, over 24,000 Romanians created a new account on the online recruitment platform BestJobs in July, in order to be ready to apply for new jobs.
