A new tendency in European retail shopping is increasingly popular. According to a Planet Retail study conducted in April 2014, amongst 15,000 consumers from 10 key e-commerce markets, 35% of the British people who do their shopping online are using the Click & Collect service and it is estimated that, by 2017, this number will rise up to 76% of the total number of online shoppers. Click & Collect is a new way of shopping, adapted to the profile of the consumer from the millennials generation (multitasking, always against the clock, dependant on technology).
