‘The importance of employee safety at the workplace’ is one of the subjects discussed at the second edition of the ‘Workplace Safety Management Forum’.
‘Selections based on validated psychological tests help with hiring individuals less inclined to manifest uncertain behaviors. There is a scientifically demonstrated correlation between certain psychological dimensions and the increased number of traffic fines and chaotic fuel consumption. Certain behavioral aspects (sociability, energy level, curiosity etc.) may create a halo effect and can be, in fact, negative in the long term in regards to safety behaviors’, states Madalina Balan – Managing Partner, Hart Consulting.
