83% of employees participating in the latest eJobs survey said they receive fringe benefits in the company they work for. Meal vouchers continue to be the benefit found in most of the packages designed by employers, given that 81.6% of respondents checked this answer option. 71.4% of them answered that they have holiday bonuses, 63.3% completed the list with medical subscription, and 51% have additional days off and remote work. Other benefits mentioned by employees are transportation reimbursement, team parties, vouchers / gift certificates, gym membership, office massage, insured lunch or vacation vouchers
