10 companies recognized for excellence in HR

HR Club Excellence Awards Gala is the only project through which the HR community, together with general managers from important companies, recognize professionalism in human resources by offering the highest distinctions in the field.

The award ceremony for two categories and six sections took place on March 25th, and the jury also offered a special award.

The winners are:
1. General Management with 2 sections:
• Line manager of the year (4 candidates): Radu Florian Pavel, Automotive MCU Software Team Manager, Freescale
• CEO - HR team of the year (10 candidates): Costin Borc (CEO) - Gabriel Matauan (Organization & HR Director), Lafarge Romania
