Special Administrator of ASTRA SA, KPMG Advisory Ltd. issued today a new decision to increase the capital of the insurer for the amount of about 425 million.

According to the decision , the operation of capital increase will take place in three stages, the newly issued shares will be offered to both existing shareholders and qualified investors. Then, the unsubscribed shares in the first two stages will be offered to the public.
