The National Fiscal Administration Agency (ANAF) has clarified the approach to High Net Worth Individuals (PFAM) through Order no. 920/2023, which entered into force on June 28, 2023. This order defines who are high-net-worth taxpayers and establishes the regulatory and tax compliance mechanisms for this segment.
