The efficient management of the workforce, especially in seasonal activities or those with different intensity from one period to another, represents a challenge for human resources departments, responsible for identifying flexible solutions that meet both the employment needs of candidates and and the internal requirements of the organization. In this context, the collaboration with day laborers, respectively workers who perform activities of an occasional nature, represents a solution to adapt to the variation in the volume of work and a practical alternative to permanent employment.
