The new procurement guide applicable to private beneficiaries who obtain state aid from the Modernization Fund, recently approved by the Ministry of Energy by Order no. 1561/2024, brings a series of improvements that simplify and streamline procurement procedures for various supply contracts, services or works. In our opinion, the recently adopted legal framework provides clarification on a multitude of important aspects and provides predictability in the development of projects.
