Until the Government Decision no. 970/2023, which approves the Methodology regarding the prevention and combating of sexual harassment and moral harassment at the workplace ("Methodology"), employers in Romania did not have a legislative instrument at hand to refer to for implementation of measures to combat and prevent harassment at work.
