The changes made to consumption taxes - VAT, excise duties, tax on added sugar -, as well as the legislation regarding the capping of the commercial addition will bring an additional effort of interpretation and implementation, but also multiple control actions and increased risk of applying some sanctions for producers, suppliers, distributors and traders.
