According to an Ipsos Mori survey conducted in 2015 for Microsoft, Romania is the european country with the largest number of employes forced to be present in the office in order to to fulfill work tasks (81%). Norway is on the opposite, where only 51% of the SME’s employes have to be present in the office. In the same time, Eurostat's datas shows that in 2013 the productivity rate in Romania was 5,6 euros/hour, six times under the european average and nearly 12 times lower than the productivity rate in Norway (59 euros/hour).
