Starting from November 30, 2023, the return guarantee system (SGR) becomes functional in Romania as well, according to national legal provisions

• Obligations of producers and traders

• Fiscal treatment of the guarantee and its highlighting on the invoice

• Mandatory information regarding product labeling in SGR packaging

• Contribution to the Environmental Fund
