Tax controversy: do companies have the right to exempt from tax the profit reinvested in assets financed from non-reimbursable funds or not?

The tax facility on reinvested profits is regulated by the Fiscal Code and allows taxpayers to deduct from their corporate tax the amounts reinvested in certain assets. This measure was introduced precisely to stimulate investments and encourage economic development, and has been in force for over 15 years.
