Those who manage to fulfil these conditions determine growth in the long term and insure family unity, shows the report launched by EY and Kennesaw State University’s Cox Family Enterprise Center, entitled “Staying power: how do family businesses create lasting success?”.
The report is underpinned by 1,000 interviews and the answers received from the biggest 25 family businesses from each of the 21 markets at a global level.
