At least 75% of world trade takes place through indirect sales channels (through partner networks) and 80% of executives consider them important for businesses

The companies understand the importance of this type of sales channels, but they consider that they do not have enough data and tools to manage this relationship, they do not offer all the necessary support to their partners, nor do they monitor their activity at the desired level.
