Recently published, the OECD report for 2018 on amicable settlement procedures and resolved cases, places Romania on the last places in Europe

In the context of the BEPS action plan, countries have agreed to implement certain measures to ensure the resolution of international disputes related to the application of treaties to avoid double taxation in a fast, efficient and appropriate manner.
