In the midst of the season of legislative changes by the Ministry of Finance, the regulation of the accounting reporting system as of June 30, 2025 has been long overdue. If last year we had the legal regulation of the reporting system as of June 30, as early as July 18, this year the legal framework for this reporting (Order of the Ministry of Finance no. 1194) was published in the Official Gazette only on August 5, and the formats through which reporting can be done appeared on the ANAF website on August 6.
