Exceptionally, in Romania last three years, the problem of packaging waste recovery gained significant visibility. One of the main reasons is tightening control, on the one hand found misreporting, in the tens of millions of euros and, on the other hand, put companies in front of the sudden obligation to pay significant amounts to the Environment Fund , related to obligations which were initially regarded as fulfilled.
