New regulations are needed to address the biggest challenges: the increase in demand for transport capacity, the financing and feasibility of future investments, the authorization process, the resilience of supply chains and the availability of labor

The last two years of energy disruptions in Europe, amid the crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, have created tensions for consumers, electricity suppliers and investors due to the prices, accessibility and resilience of energy supply.
