According to Eurostat, labor productivity per hour worked in Romania was 71.8% compared to the European average in 2022. State of Global Workplace, a study conducted by Gallup in the same year, says that 35% of Romanian employees are involved in the workplace work, a value that exceeds the global average of 23% by 12 percentage points.
