Adaptability and professional development are essential to effectively respond to the new challenges of the changing global economic landscape. The analysis of the World Economic Forum in 2023 gives us a perspective on the transformations that will mark the labor market in the coming years, highlighting that 23% of existing jobs will undergo substantial changes, and retraining or improving skills will be necessary for 6 out of 10 employees by 2027.
