‘In Romania, the main benefits offered by employers to their employees are meal tickets, medical insurance or subscriptions to private clinics, additional annual leave, mobile phones, teambuilding programs, laptops, the reimbursement of travel expenses, gifts for children on various occasions (June 1st, Christmas), professional formation programs etc. Romania is not much different than the other countries involved in the study regarding the types of benefits offered to the employees’, shows the study.
