According to a new Mastercard study, entitled "European Digital Banking", conducted in 11 European countries, six out of 10 consumers welcome digital solutions and believe that the digitization of the banking industry makes their lives easier and safer. The survey, conducted among European bank customers, shows that comfort is by far the most representative of digital banking solutions, followed by time savings (70%) and ease of use (59%).
