The law mentiones that in 2015 compared to 2014 there are no changes regarding the contribution percentages for legal health fund and medical leave indemnities.

The level of the national average gross earning used for the year 2015 to fundament the public social charges budget is set at RON 2,415 and the value of one pension point is RON 830,2.
Additionally, the percentage from the individual social charges contribution that is wired to private pension funds increases to 5%.
Also, the level for the bereavement aid for insured and retired persons, is of RON 2,415. This aid may be granted also to the insured/retired person’s family members in the amount of RON 1,208.
As a final provision, it is stipulated that no changes will incur during 2015 compared to 2014 concerning social contributions, unemployment insurance, work accident and professional diseases insurance or the contribution to the Guarantee Fund for payment of salary debts.
