Over 70% of urban Romanians plan to spend Easter at home, with their family or friends, while only 12% intend to go on vacation this weekend in the country or abroad, according to a study by iSense Solutions.
For most Romanians Easter is an opportunity to spend time with family (76%) and enjoy traditions (69%), while 20% see this holiday as an opportunity to have fun with friends. In terms of Easter holidays, 8% of Romanians in the urban area plan to travel somewhere in Romania, while 4% have prepared for a vacation abroad.
