The priorities of the Romanian financial directors in 2018: from the struggle for talent to automation

The confidence of the financial managers in the positive evolution of the companies is supported by the investments in technology, but the instability of the fiscal system, the difficulties of attracting and retaining talents and the increasing complexity of the business environment remain their main concerns

The survey, conducted by KPMG in Romania among the financial directors, presents their priorities and concerns for 2018.

Almost three quarters of respondents believe that obsolete technology is a hindrance to profitability, so 9 out of 10 financial executives estimate an increase in technology costs in these conditions.
