An old saying says autumn is the bobs; this autumn, the business environment counts changes in tax legislation.
The change of season brings with it changes of impact for the Romanian taxpayers. In addition to the disbursed VAT payment, a topic on which has been discussed with great passion, an amendment to the Fiscal Procedure Code has somewhat not taken into account in the Official Gazette. The latter could still bring taxpayers in Romania at least as big as the new VAT management system.
