In 2015, entrepreneurs rely on job growth and the global economy

EY Global job creation and youth entrepreneurship survey 2015 shows that the entrepreneurs represent the main source for new jobs, considering that 47% of them have plans to get new employes this year.

Our fourth annual survey from the EY Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation surveyed more than 2,000 entrepreneurs in March 2015 from around the world, representing 13 key global economies, on their economic confidence and outlook on job growth. Separately, we surveyed 2,807 aged 18-25 in 13 key global markets. The sample represents a combination of students, workers in their first jobs and those looking for work. The survey was conducted online and provides the real-time views and ambitions of young people in education or actively engaged in the job market.
