A series of facts qualified so far as crimes are decriminalized by Law no. 171/2020 * amending Law 50/1991 which changes their legal regime in contraventions. It is about the execution without authorization of construction or of demolition or with the non-observance of the provisions of this authorization of the works provided in art. 3 (1) letter c), e) and g) of Law 50/1991.
