- Through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Romania has 2.45 billion euros for health, one of the highest values in Central and Eastern Europe
- Of this amount, € 400 million is earmarked for healthcare digitization projects, while Poland has allocated € 1 billion for the same segment
- According to Horvath, Romania intends to use the total grants and loans accessible through PNRR, reaching the amount of 29.2 billion euros, while states such as the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia will not resort to loans
