What is next after the great American elections
The day of the elections has passed, but America is just at the beginning of the debates which shape the opinions – often dramatically different – of neighbours, colleagues and even members of the same family. For Americans, these elections were only partially about results, about who will occupy the Oval Office and who will control Congress, and were more about how a divided America will talk with itself and the rest of the world in the years to come.
